Our puppies are very important to us and we want to ensure they are going to places where they will be loved. Please tell us about yourselves and include: married or single, ages of children if any, other animals at home, previous experience with dog ownership, home with yard or apartment, reason for wanting a puppy (ie... intend to bread, show, family pet/companion, emotional support etc...)

Tell us about the dogs "living quarters". If the dog will live outside is there plenty of shade and if you live in a cold climate how will the dog stay comfortably warm etc...?

Tell us about your profession/career... Our intent is to ensure that puppies are headed to homes that can meet the financial needs of taking on the task of caring for a dog. Also to understand if dogs are going to homes where thier owners will be around enough to care for them

Once we've reveiwed your application and feel we have puppies that will fit your needs we will contact you to talk about the purchase contract. A $500 deposit and signed contract reserve your pick of a male or female puppy.
